Highly Recommended App

This is a great brainwave app that I am using daily since I purchased it. I am suprised how focused I am since I bought it! I have difficulty focusing on tasks as my mind wanders a lot (I have slight ADD). I was reading a book via iBooks on my iPad and was suprised that I could concentrate so well while reading. Thats when I really noticed the benefits. I found the meditation section most helpful. I can really get a good deep meditation session with the assitance of the different frequencies. I usually use the Deep Shumann Meditation that lasts about 50 minutes, which is perfect for me. If I am working on the computer I tend to use Attention Enhancer under Mind Training which plays "Secret Place," a song I find relaxing yet upbeat enough to be productive. Anything under the "Mind Training" section is good to play while working on the computer or doing something productive. I highly recommend purchasing this app and I recommend trying out all the sessions. Take it from me, I was pretty amazed at how focused I have become. I only wish this app was available on iPad and iPhone! Hint Hint...
