Ive been looking for this type of app after having a lot of success with the iphone apps that provide isochronic tones. This app is perfect at doing what it says and since you have this app on your mac, you can use the beats while listening to anything else happening on your mac and still have the great effects of this app.

As someone who has ADD, I find the concentration enhancer under Mind Training to be an essential part of my study/coding sessions. It allows me to do homework and studying quickly and efficiently so that I can have a more balanced life between study and relaxation.

This app is also very visually appealing in that it goes well with the rest of osx so that it doesnt add to the distraction.
